Is high body count only bad for women or is it bad for men too?

I understand the arguments from both sides but I'm lowk leaning towards it only being bad for women.

There is a reason we have insults like "you get no girls" for men (meaning you need to increase ur body count), and not "you get no boys" for women

Brah i have talked to many and some of them have me in their close friends where they post personal stuff I see ts very rarely, even on social media.

Obviously it's only bad for women. Whores are among the lowest forms of life on earth. They can't be compared to us. There's a clear difference between a man with a successful history of conquests and a public hole.
