Is high sodium legit for debloating?

Yes another bloat thread, I wanted to discuss if consistent high sodium is a legitimate method for debloating. I have seen some people say that if you have high sodium (like 2000 mg) and lots of water consistently, you’ll eventually debloat, has anyone here seen success with this? @TsarTsar444 @pneumocystosis

u could try ig
what works for me is hitting at least 2x-3x potassium to sodium ratio for multiple weeks and not overconsuming carbs
combined with exercise, good sleep and intermittent fasting
if u are still bloated u are just fat
