I used to have that habit too when I was like 6-10, back then I competed in junior chess and would get so mad when I lost a game that I would occasionally start pulling my hair and punching myself in the head. I'd literally scurry away to the bathroom quickly after the game just to punch myself lol. This was obviously before puberty before I had T so it's probably not T, in fact I think it might be low T to self harm because women do that more.
