No, it actually works, but can have side effects with prolonged abuse. And its not sustainable for long term results. There you should consider a rhinoplasty

I think because it reduces swelling and inflammation it will have the effect of shrinking or de-plumping the skin on and around the nose but it is not permanent or long term and does not affect the cartilage. If you rub it on your nose I doubt it will have any significant hormonal effects.

Someone ought to do a rhinoplasty on themselves and post the video so we can get a diy nose maxxing thing going here. I bet it would be easy with some lidocaine and a scalpel
