Yes, obviously besides getting leaner and flushing all the water weight out though. Tretinoin can reduce the size of your skin, thus reducing the size of your nose too.

im not sure if it counts but nasal lymphatic drainage definitely works short term its just something you need to up keep

it will be temporary results for a while until your nose adjusts and the tip will be naturally lifted/projected
