Saw a thread by @Senssei that proved it could. His stack was betamethasone, tret, and latisse.

I'm two days in, could be cope but in the morning I feel and see that my nose is slightly less puffy. I think it takes at least 2 to 3 weeks to see significant results like senssei's. It was really impressive.

If it doesn't work I'm gonna stop being a pussy and just use the dr.lipo I have and inject it. Heard that works as well.

Betamethasone is such a potent corticosteroid so it’ll thin ya skin so it does the majority of work in your stack.

Yeah, if anything you could just use betamethasone to thin the nose if you don't have tret or latisse.
