Is icd even important?

I’m in an interesting situation where my icd might be more narrow than ideal as it’s only the same length as my pfl when the ideal is a few mm over your pfl. I think this is due to me having longer pfl/a smaller skull but it shouldn’t be too big of a flaw as long as my esr is good right? I will provide some examples of people with lower icd

my eyes. when you zoom out it looks off, my eyes are too close

It’d be difficult to make an accurate comparison between these two measurements, but I imagine that if we were to take an average face and reduce the esr and icd individually by one standard deviation that the lower esr would look worse. Both can only be increased effectively through the same surgery, which is an orbital box osteotomy (don’t mention zygo or lateral orbital rim shaving it’s retarded). For reduction your options are again obo which would reduce esr and icd or implants with zygomatic arch and lateral orbital rim extension for isolated esr reduction. So either way comparing the importance of the two doesn’t really get you anywhere as even though there is a surgery for the isolated reduction of esr, the same doesn’t exist for icd (or at least it would be incredibly difficult from a technical perspective
my esr is 45% and my icd is the same length as my pfl, is this decent enough eye spacing? Keep in mind I have a smaller skull and long pfl

Esr should be 0.46-0.47 and is independent of skull size. Icd is fine if you really have a narrow skull. Your measurements might be off though, post a pic of your eye area so I can tell if it's worth considering obo.
I heard anything from 45-47 is fine, as Matt bomer has a 45 and his eyes look amazing

So my icd is decent enough?

Ok, then why are you so obsessed over your es and icd, you've made like 10 threads about it. What type of answer are you looking for?
I don’t know man I just want to be perfect, my eyes looked close set on my id card bc the sides of my head looked wider and I hate it, do u know if id cards have lens distortion? Bc my esr looks good in my school photos
