Is ice hooding cope? if not, how do you do it optimally and how long does it take to see results?
 
Its a temporary solution throughout the day , its swelling to mimic hooding that lasts during the day . You can't stimulate fat there buts ist a nice softmax , with only 5 minutes of rubbing ice i get more hooding subtly.
 
Of course that shit is cope,people say shit that doesn’t make sense like “Ice hooding will lead to the cold area to produce fat in that area” like that shit is fucking retarded.
Like how do people believe that shit
