idk look into it. people have been saying it doesnt cause much bone growth since it doesnt bind to some receptor or wtv like regular igf produced by the body

IGF LR3 is useless for bones. The only use its good for is localized muscle growth, if you want IGF 1 take insulin instead.

Don't. It's better if you just eat well and one glass of milk a day will help you better with no precautionary stances or side effects, peptides are for people who are at the end of their puberty and willingly want to take the risk to look a bit better. Get a better base first

Firstly, wow 6'2 at 15? That's a great start. Maybe there's another problem you aren't taking care of, maybe your face has other issues unlike bone mass?
