So MY acne is awful and wanna hop on accutane and I live in au and I gotta visit a dermatologist which is like 350 bucks for a consultation just to get on accutane which is a pain especially since I'm broke but on indiamart I could get accutane for like 4 bucks and without consultation. IS it safe will I get a heart attack or some shit even for oral Minoxidil since I'm kinda balding
