Is inducing cancer the best way to die?

So I will soon begin taking an immuno suppressor medication to stop my accutane induced hairloss (Xeljanz). But, I was thinking that if I blast the medication at high dosages, I run the risk of getting cancer.

This may be good. Would cancer be the best way to die? It makes it look like it wasn't a suicide, and people will actually feel sorry for you compared to if you just shot yourself or something. I'm actually thinking of inducing cancer dedsrs.
