Is isotret the only fix for subhuman pores?

Not me but this is basically what my nose looks like. I can extract gunk from my pores with a blackhead tool but this leads to breakouts on my nose 50% of the time.

Ive been on 0.05 tretinoin for 6 months and its helped with controlling acne breakouts and skin texture; but hasn’t done anything for my blackheads and sebaceous filaments.
