Is it a bad idea to add lateral projection to a jaw if you have chubby cheeks?

wouldnt that make you look more bloated?


or is it ok if you augment your cheekbones? even so i would say its a bad idea

I would ask the surgeon, seems sketchy guessing if it will look good or not
