I feel like it depends on how old you are like I feel like someone in their low to mid 20s wouldn’t be at a bar alone but like 27+ I feel would be more acceptable

Haven't tried it but sounds kinda awkward, since everyone can clearly see you. Are you going to there to drink or to get laid? If the latter then I suggest going to a night club instead, people don't notice if you're alone there. I have gone alone like over 10 times and gotten laid 4 times while doing it, and literally no one has ever asked if I were alone there. I have met people from my Uni class there and nobody asked if I arrived alone. Just make sure you arrive later in the night.
