Bonesmashing and mewing are methods I thought might work mewing use the same principle as braces and bonesmashing use wolff law as a principle. I learned that jhon mew is a fraud and is son too i wont get too much into it but i can answer your question about it mewing might be cope but i doint trust my own rescearch i thought mewing helped me but i got brace in 2024 and started mewing in 2021 so i cant realy say if my progres is due to mewing or my braces. bonesmashing is definetly cope but like i said i dont trust myself so i need a second opinions
