if I sleep more than 8 hours every night but i go to sleep at a different time every day , is that very bad? Or it doesn't really matter because I'm still getting a good amount of sleep?
 
Amount doesn't matter, it's the quality where it's at

Sleep quantity doesn't matter. Get deep sleep, all you need. I used to fall for the 12hours of sleep meme, 8hours of *deep* sleep is so much better

How to get more deep sleep? Although my sleep quality i think is very good , i wake up well rested and dream a lot which means I had a good amount of deep sleep right?
And also should you go to sleep at the same time every night or it doesn't matter ?

Well make sure you don't have diseases like sleep apnea and narcolepsy to begin with

melatonin, or other general sleep supplements. tbh.
also minimize screen usage before sleep - preferably NONE

Avoid screens before bed. Get some exercise. Avoid eating before bed. Valerian root. I use mk-677, it's incredible

I heard that growth hormone peaks at 10-11pm is that cope? If not , then you should be already asleep at that time for more gh ?

It peaks an hour and a half after going to bed. There isn't a special time when your body releases hgh. Just get deep sleep, all you need for hgh. Timing is less relavent. I go to bed at 9:30-10 but I don't think there's an advantage to 11-12 for purely hgh release
