My IPD is 58mm, it's bad, I hate it. Not thecel tier but I really do not like having narrow orbits it makes me look like a beady-eyed NPC. Obviously PFL is important too but imo IPD is more important. Wide, square orbits with high ESR is the best feature a human can have IMO.
Low IPD is seriously is the most NPC facial feature. I'm a bit hypocritical for finding it so unattractive but I can't help it.

Depends on the severity of the IPD and the width of the zygos, but i'd much rather go with a wide pfl if the severity of the IPD us very bad, if it is then vice versa.
