Wdym vllaDoesen’t matter, just make sure you have 1-2 days rest for each muscle you trained, that’s all.
One day workout, then 1 or 2 days not working out to rest the muscle. This would equal 3 days workout per week.Wdym vlla

Very easy for teenagers to train 6x a week, but it depends on your lifestyle. The only time I would not advise training 6x a week is if you are doing other high intensity work outside of the gym and school, like playing football, running track or cross country, martial arts, etcetera. This time in your life is when you have the most energy and best recovery ability. Training 6 days a week is absolutely fine and beneficial provided you are sleeping and eating right. The only reason you shouldn't train 6x/week is if you actually try it and feel super fatigued and not recoveredMore rest is always better. But it depends mostly, if you train extremely hard 6 times a week you will build up a lot of fatigue extremely fast and its going to catch up really quickly.
