At 18% rn, skinny fat fuck, how can I get to 10% and maintain it?

should I exercise everyday too? I've been walking 5 miles day until i can start going to gym, is that enough plus like 1500 calories for a 5'9.5 man?

Take it easy, don’t go too fast or you’ll lose muslce. Bump it up to 1750 calories and see where it takes you
 
Maintaining around 12-14 percent is ideal. What you think is 10 percent is probably 12 anyway

What is the best body fat for a semi recessed jawline? I'm at 18% right now and it's visible but not very defined. And is it bad to be at a low bodyfat with a big/crooked nose? Feel like it would stick out more and I'd end up resembling a concentration camp prisoner

I probably eat 1500-1750 anyways, I don't track them very accurately and I probably should start soon
 
The actual 10% bf is hard to maintain for an average person. Many dudes at 15% think they are 10

Just bulk to raise your metabolic rate, if you get there you will consume like 1200 kcal and say bye bye to your quality of life and hormones
 
If it’s not easy by default (as in my case) and you need to diet maxx hard, then it won’t be easy and you will relapse sooner or later
 
its relatively easy, im 12 % bf weighing 75-76 kg and my height is 170 cm, just a bit cardio,training 4 5 days a week and i can eat 3500-4000 kcal daily, im in a lean bulk
 
No, you will be miserable. 12-15% also looks good and feels better

yes, more like 10-12% for me.
also, if you enjoy the process and you're not a scumbag weasel who just works out for attention, its easy.
