is it even possible to go subhuman to good looking?

i have a 1/10 crooked nose ill fix that w rhino this summer BUT
i have 30 degree scolosis my face is highly asymmetrical my left eye is higher and also my eye tilts are uneven chin is asymmetrical like my whole face is completely asymmetrical when i was on ometv a foid even screamed jfl recommend me surgeries im too high inhib to post my face here

Depends on your harmony and whether the surgeries will fix it if you want to push Chadlite+
But to be good looking in society is all relative
Fixing falios, and not being bad looking will make you good looking (HTN)

Also you are 6'1

You have to figure out the fixable vs unfixable failos
If you fix all of the fixable failos and still have too many unfixable ones, then it doesn't even matter
Try to get whatever improvement you can though. Better than nothing

im actually very fine with being a htn i also must say i dont have a unfixable very big failo but biggest ones are my nose and uneven asymmetrical eyes and canthal tilt
