I think the two fundamentally contradict each other
1. 9-5 is clearly bad for mental health (doing anything other than work for 8 hours straight would be considered mental illness or concerning at the very least)
2. it's bad for physical health because it's usually either 1. rotting at a desk or 2. repetitive physical labor
3. you literally don't have the time or energy to even try and get some balance after work because you come back home from work exhausted and all you can do is ldar
4. good chance you eat crappy food too
humans weren't built to live like this
