It is possible. You just need to get into one of the top universities/colleges in your nation, study finance, compsci or stem for 3 years. Later on you can then get hired by a firm but your pay from the start won't be a lot so you'll have to move up the corporate ladder as quick as possible.

So it'll take you around 7-8 years to afford all your surgeries only for them to not actually ascend you to anything worthwhile because surgeries are cope for the most part and base is everything. See bro, its not over. It just begun for us surgerycels.

They can afford them for sure but I won't let them do it. They already are aware that I don't like what I look like, but they describe it as "obsessive thoughts that ruin my life".
