That study was done on untrained lifters
and if you only maintained then you're not working out/eating right

Most people don't work out consistently
And if you can't even do that, you can't put in the research + consistency to safely take roids

I got tons of muscle in fucking 6 month span and this was my first time. Of course u dont get fucking muscle if u just maintain. U need to bulk. Maintainig only works if u are noob gainers. U have wasted fucking 2 years of progress for nothing.

You are obviously doing something wrong. You are either not consuming enough nutrients or you are not training hard and consistently. I have been going tothe gym for 1 year and 6 months twice a week and I've made huge progress.

U can lean bulk nigga. U dont get any muscle growth with maintaining. Also cutting at worse will take 5-6 month. Not year.
