Is it good growing a beard for better masculine dimorphism

I have really feminine features and I'm saving for a genioplasty, I shave non-stop forever even though my body hair grows extremely fast too and I'm always clean shaven, I groom my body hair every 3 weeks completely since I naturally have really thick hair too

Doesn't having a beard itch ? and does anyone have any good recommendations on how to take care of it (groom it, avoiding cuts on the face, slight stubble, using a razor or small scissors for best results, etc)

How much of a difference would it make, or is it better to always be clean shaven if there's decent facial definition ?

need some suggestions if possible would rly appreciate it

I also have a long layered middle part which I take care of a lot, so having more body hair I don't wanna appear as hairy af but I just wanna pick my poison
