Is it guaranteed every teen will suffer from cystic acne

I had comedonal acne on my nose for a long time, then around August 2019 it started showing up on my forehead.

Now I have it under control but only get comedonal acne, I just got a random cystic one and now I'm scared it's gonna be over for me

i had kinda bad acne sometimes as a teen, what worked for me was stopping touching my face whatsoever with the front of my hands.

after i turned 18 the occasional pimple was all i ever got.

I don't ever touch my face, but this cystic acne is fucking worrying me, it's probably cause I was high cortisol yesterday listening to sad shit
