Is it irresponsible for someone who’s ND to have offspring

ND conditions like autism are hereditary and passed down from parents to children a lot of the time. Because of this and how being a mentalcel is almost as bad as being sub 3, should people with ND just not reproduce?

though there are a decent amount of people with autistic traits, not even diagnosed autism, who end up having giga retarded kids
