yes they just aren't forward about it because they want to be politically correct but everybody in Europe is incredibly racist to everybody that isn't European. It's impossible to have a social status like a European for a non-European...even those that were born in Europe from parents that emigrated from Africa or whatever else are insanely discriminated despite speaking the local language like a native....they don't give a shit about your passport, it's all written in the skin and facial features....Europeans can easily distinguish real europeans from "acquired" europeans. No matter if your grand parents came from Africa 150 years ago to settle in Europe, you'll always be considered African
