Is it normal that my canthal tilt changed

A few months ago pre puberty I had a negitive tilt and know its neutral/positive is this normal puberty stuff?

Yea true but I’ve don’t like apps like jawmax and shi which I know is cope so I don’t take it serious and they say on same angle pics they diffrent titles idk so is my tilt negitive here’s a same angle as original pic
