Yes, it's very normal. You're either normal or a grower. There are also showers who are like 5 inches or 6 inches flaccid but when erect it only adds like 1 or 1.5 inches at max, whereas growers grow double their size (i.e. from 3.5 to 7) or normal who go from 3.5 to 5.5 or something).
