I ve never been so bulky in my life both in fat and muscle. And yet I've never been as much rejected.
What is the minimum psl rating to be able to slay at 20% bodyfat ?
I'd like to know if I have HTN potential if I lose the fat.
And I see tons of guys with good bones looking good at 15-20% bodyfat (not more though) they would look better at 10of course but still.
