Doesn't matter cause you got that mandible. But yeah it's normal, I had a poor brow bone until I was 18 when it started to get a lot more prominent.

i sleep 9-10 h and use magnesium glycinate , a aschwagahnda mix with some flower extraxt for sleep, and zinc and my sleep is very restfull

Then I wouldn't worry about your brow ridge right now your doing the right things. Also cycle on and off ashwagandha cuz its not recommended to stay on indefinitely
 
its an really small dose. I think ist 110mg or sm
