I have more facial fat on one side of my face. I’m lean, so I think it’s baby fat. I say this because, in a 3/4 view of each side of my face, one zygomatic bone pops out more than the other.

I also have some overall fat in the middle third of my face and in the buccinator area (see pic), but I don’t have any fat in the masseter area. Because of this, I have slightly hollow cheeks, although I think it’s mainly due to my zygomatic bones. By the way, I’m 16 years old.

It will be fixed as i grow up? I also have a a crooked nose, my nasal bone is deviated, so i think that could be related.
I will add some pics of my face so you can tell me what do you think.

Hi. I'm doctor and I'm sorry to tell you that but it's a sign of brain cancer. Please consult your health with nearby hospital.

Its either you are asymetric in the face or some issue with your hormones or body

i know that i have some assymetries in my face, the principal is my nose, and i also have some assymetry in my masseters, but i dont think that i have assymetrics zygos, i just think that one is more visible because the other one is covered by more fat.
what im asking if that assymetrical amount of fat will go away as i get older

The side with more youthful fat pad looks better in my case, I will get graft on the other side to symmetrymaxx
Fat is not bad

that great, i guess that you have good features, but in my case i want to look more masculine because i have a bad nose, and i dont want to look like a jew with a big nose and no masculine features

I have this same issue and its because one of my zygos is lower then the other, so it creates the illusion of a fatter face on one side due to fat pads being symmetrical despite the bone differences.

the only option is to try and get so lean to the point that your malar leanness overcompensates, but i have been struggling to do this without GLP-1 Agonists so im going to try those and maybe post progress.

also im 21 and first noticied it when i was 14, it doesnt go away. thats cope.
