Is it normal to have to readjust barbell after every set?

After every set, I notice that the barbell is always slightly uneven a bit, either to the left or to the right

Like bench press or squat for example

Is that normal?

you probably grip the bar unevenly

Deadlift platforms are made with cheap wood that have knots so the bar will move around, the way to prevent this is to put small 2.5 lb plates in the way of the plates that are touching the floor to prevent the bar from moving.
