Human eyes are almost always non-symmetric. If you got symmetric ones, your eye area would be GODLY.

I myself have one of the eyeballs slightly higher than the other, the same 2mm as you. I did not even know, until the ophthalmologist pointed out.

I recommend you first figure why they are unequal. If it is PFL, maybe you can get rid of this with canthoplasty on one eye. :feelsokman:

does MSE widen the pfl ?

because the side where PFL is wider also have wider cheekbones and nose so i'd benefit from assymetrical mse appliance

I have no idea about this procedure. But imho, it will not? How does the palate-stretching influence orbits/eye tissue? :unsure:

maybe but still it was noticeable when i inverted selfie
