I did not commit any illegal acts but I have had similarly uncomfortable situations. For example I was talking to a female client. I found her annoying as fuck. So once she left the room I said out loud: "What a dumb bitch". About 30 seconds later she knocks at the door telling me she forgot her phone which was still lying in the room. If she had the microphone on and secretly recorded the conversation she now knows my honest opinion about her. LOL

I do it sometimes when I'm out on long walks. It helps me focus and make the thoughts more tangible, so that I (in best case scenario) come up with solutions to my problems.
