I heard it promotes hgh, is it worth or naw?
 
I used to not eat a lot as a kid and I ended up getting way taller than all of my family.

It won’t affect your growth whatsoever height is 75% genetics.

Like 25% hormones/ nutrition

Fasting will actually heal your gut and increase hgh, so will optimise your hormones

It could actually end up helping you grow if you are used to a bad diet

It increases hgh because your body reacts to the stimulus given, it thinks it's starving and increases hgh secretion to preserve muscle mass.

It won't do shit.
 
Fasting will improve HGH but if you’re looking for HGH boost up to 600% then start doing sprints. 1 minute sprint at high speed 20 seconds rest repeat 6 times or something like that, if you want the actual plan look it up it’s been a while since I saw it. Explains why runners are so tall.

Being in any calorie deficit while still growing is retarded and you will stunt your growth.

Yeah well I was in calorie deficit from 14-15 and didn't grow at all that year, only started growing again when I went into calorie surplus.

it will increase hgh but decrease igf-1 2 which is no good unless ur taking supplements
 
The actual truth of fasting is that it just resets ur body to be sensitive again. You technically fast during ur sleep.

Studies have been done where going for a prolonged period of not eating and then resuming to eat (starting off with protein) leads to an increase in igf1 and testosterone. So it works but this is also then dependent on how long of a fast you can maintain cuz it really isnt the same for everyone. However if you do a day or 2 days of fasting coupled with exercise (dont exercise on a fast day) it would help you a ton due to exercising having similar effects to fasting.

Do the sprints or HIIT if you're scared of runners face. But other than that add stretches morning and night, eat in surplus and you should be good

I grew heavily during the year where I started intermittent fasting and skipped breakfast whilst eating lunch late.
