I eat about 3-4 eggs and a pound of meat each day. I am intolerant to dairy. Can I stop using protein powder?

@Intel.Imperative

You dont have to, but is there anything wrong with even more protein? Hell no!

Also what are your best tips for controlling BP on cycle? I've been on 400 test for a week and feel my BP is already higher. Is this placebo? I am on 20 mg telmisartan, should I increase the dose to 40 mg and add 1 hour cardio daily?

Yeah that's nothing. I'm at 150.
What gear are you running? Are you constantly at 150? I recommend adding Telmisartan, cutting sodium/sugar/alcohol, and 1 hour of cardio daily as well as upping your water intake

Not bad but on cycle it goes to around 130-135 systolic
That's fine mate, I naturally had one at like 165 systolic, figured out by chance a couple of years ago (thank God) before it could do real damage to my organs. That's why I'd recommend everyone get a BP monitor, might save you from heart failure in your 50s

Ideally I'd like my systolic to be in the 120s but yeah I agree with you. I think Telmisartan is a great way to control BP even off cycle.

I put that option off, I get too many people asking me stuff in PMs otherwise but I don't actually got the time to respond to all of em
