i do it, i still generally eat cooked meat but still very raw, but i would say 40% of my meat consumption is raw meat like grounded meat, organs, liver and eggs. Just choose GOOD sources of meat etc

FYI: it's next to impossible to get parasites from muscle meat. They reside in the fat and organs. Don't go cheap on fatty meat or organs, that shit will literally fuck you up
