Off the top of my head, I think Drago, Hexum, Lemond, Sulumbek Dulatov, and some others I can't remember. After a certain PSL, looks begin to seem more and more subjective since all of these people are near-perfect. I just think Gandy's nose and lacklustre jaw don't help him though.
