You have good forward growth, not recessed, thats half the battle won already so gj.

Hows your bite, looks like you might have a slight class 2 and crossbite from your front pic, ask your parents to get you an orthodontist consultation.

From now until you finish puberty focus on maxing out hormones, clean high protein diet, good sleep, exercise but not too much. Puberty will be responsible for bone mass, so keep mewing and chewing properly to maintain your forward growth, if your face is still narrow at 18 you can look into adult palatal expansion. + anything else you wonna fix, ethic rhinoplasty etc.

You're doing good so far.

Yes its bc you're 14 and you're still maturing, faces continue to change until you're past 18 in some cases
