Is it over for me? (17)

My looksmaxxing journey so far. Went from subhuman to sub 5. What would you rate before and after and what else do i need to fix the most except losing weight and debloating, to maybe get to mtn in the future (which i doubt)? About 30kg+ difference in bodyweight from before and after. Thinking about trying accutane bc my skin still isnt getting better even with good diet and skincare, or should i still wait a bit? I just dont want to get cucked by accutane side effects.

Height (178cm) and asymmetry cucks me a lot already so i dont think i will make it to mtn when i lose more weight, what do you think? Sorry for bad photos dont really have good ones.
