Oh so just lean out bro. Try reaching 10-12% bf, it will make a huge difference already. Idk if its angle or whatever, but the lips seems kinda not "widthy" if you get what i mean. If you are open to hardmaxxing, just try to get a filler on that. Also for the jaw, I think mewning is mostly cope and it's effects just last until you stop doing it (but do it just because its the correct posture and will look better while you do it), so I would recomend trying to get some fillers to get a better jaw. But relax you already look good. Idk how to rate it, but you are above average. If you easily gets confidence problems, i recommend leaving this website due to it's users being unnecessarily brutal.
