Is it over for me if my hairline is a norwood 0?

I heard the ideal hairline is only a NW -1 where you can only fit 3 fingers on your forehead. Unfortunately i can fit 4 and have a NW0 hairline. Is it over for me if I don’t have top 1% hairline genetics?

Yes and combine it with microneedling for maximum effect. Once you have hair on your cheekbones you might finally be at an acceptable norwood level
