LTN (compared to 15yos) due to weak lower third and narrow face. it's not over though, my FWHR went from ~1.85 to 2.0, gonial angle from ~130 to 120 age 14 to 18 - yes i fell into PSL autism at 14. i did heavy training also, powerlifting type.

also cut the moustache ASAP, if you want legit facial hair hop on Minoxidil.
