Fixing your neck makes you look radically more robust.

Relatively easy fixes. Your bones and harmony don't look too bad. The main limiting factors will be your nose and race.

Being skinny and being low body fat are a different thing. If you're already low body fat then that's not so good but it's not a death sentence either.
