Is it over for my body?

I make @Lorsss waist look like David laids, my hips are so much wider, jfl. After a year or so of making sure my training and nutrition are good and doing everything right I still look like trash. Appalling frame I can’t escape and gaining muscle seems impossible. I can lose fat but when I get to my lowest weights I still look fat and see no muscle. Should I try sarms? I look something like this.

Jumping on gear would make you look better sure, sarms are a great alternative but you will probably still need a PCT, so actually look into it before starting a cycle. This is a realistic representation of what average genetics can achive in a year, for blessed individuals its a bit different but more than half of the transformations you see on yt are fake natty's.
 
Your hips don't seem to be wide as an absolute measurement, your waist creates this illusion. Working out your obliques might help imo.

Yeah honestly, he might look better with bigger obliques to hide some of the hips, it probably looks worse that he has a small waist but his hips are pretty wide, he should just get yoked, he doesnt have the frame for a model small waist guy

No, I also have wide feminine hips and still manage to looks semi decent up front, but most important on the side.. Lose some fat and get liposuction around the love handle area if you need/ can't get rid of the fat there.

Thanks for the help, I will try my hardest all year naturally and will see about using sarms if I see no change.

That’s another problem... all my fat goes to my lower back and love handles.. even when I weighed 140 at 6’0 I had a lot of fat there and was lean everywhere else. I feel like it would come back after liposuction, no?
 
Btw, what do you train like rep range, how heavy, how many times a week?

Statham also has wide hips and i personaly prefer his body shape over a typical V

Right now push pull legs 10-15 reps I’m in hypertrophy phase. When I’m done getting a little leaner I might lean bulk and use strength phase because I am weak.

Fuck the reps, work till faliure, till you feel like your muscles are gonna burn the fuck off, work with half your max weight or a little over, 3 times a week full body split, and yeah make sure to train obliques, it will make you look way better, also you have great shoulder width, getting a wider back and working on shoulders would make you look even wider.

Natty training is a meme just do roids bro long as your over 19 do proper research you'll be ight.
Just get jacked bro you'll look good it will hide your wide hips as they arnt that bad compared to your shoulders

I’ll try my best bro. Would love to look like Statham even though his hips are pretty wide. I was thinking to try something like Ostarine or Rad-140 after a few more months natty.

Go for it bro I just think cycles are safer than swarms tbh I think you will look better than stratham fs your insertions are good it's just your hips that kill it but once your upper gets jacked it wont be noticeable you also have a bit of gyno it seems.

Do pullovers, expand ribcage and do obliques, it's not that bad
 
Working your obliques sounds counterintuitive af tbh.

And if you seriously hate your hips, then there’s always surgery.

I might email Eppley. I just haven't seen any results, and I don’t know the risks and price.

Work on your shoulders and Lats to get that V shape it’ll compensate for your hips.
 
Just never take tour shirt off. If God wanted men to be naked he would not have made clothes so commonplace.
