deep set eyes are not bad, whats making it look bad is your low set eyes or high set eyebrows (or both) you can get fat grafting to fix that.

you have a negative canthal tilt and your lower eyelid is too low showin too much sclera, canthoplasty or canthopexy to fix that.

and i dont think my eyes are close set they have perfect esr they are one eye apart and i messured the ipd its 45mm
