Fillers are the best if:

1) You need volume without sharp edges
2) You have A LOT OF CASH

YOU ARE NOT 70 LIKE DEMI MOORE. They all look like puffer-fishes because they are afraid to do facelifts (only retards from autists.org jump into surgery without thinking). And they try to stretch the sagging skin with fillers.

You do not need as much filler. If you accept that you do not want sharp shapes in your face, then fillers is ALL YOU NEED. Literally, alternative to implants. BETTER ALTERNATIVE. Except the price, which is brutal TBH.

To clarify about "sharpness"...

top results require the right soft tissues and fat distribution. And even then you will be able to see the outline of the implant if you are very lean after a workout.

Implants on the cheekones are a terrible idea imo. I have not seen any good results.

Yeah, i agree partly with you, we discussed this already.

I think the cases where the shape of the implant is seen and/or unnatural is a design issue: too large implant.

But unfortunately, fillers are too expensive. Depending on the base, even if one has a good base, it is thousands and thousands euros per year in Europe. Trying a slightly smaller cheek implant can help preserve money, and would give superior result in some cases.

For women, there is no possible reason to go for implant, except money. Women need only volume, not shape. :feelsokman:

No. Inject only on the bone and only for chin, jaw and upper eyelid. There will be no migration.

From what I know there isnt enough evidence against or pro filler migration theory so its better to be safe and inject only in places where its certain it wont be the case

is undereye fillers worth the risk for thin undereyecels?

Probably not a good idea long term.

I’m gonna get fillers ONCE to see if these facial changes are enough for chadlite+ … I think the bogged look comes from a lifetime of filler use.

If I become Chadlite+ I’ll get the remaining filler dissolved at the end of orthodontics (which I will get anyway but I don’t think it’s big enough to make or break my face) and go for implants, maybe bimax.

If I don’t become Chadlite+ then I’ll just resign myself to being MTN and will have saved a fortune in surgery that wouldn’t have helped anyway.
