is it over? im currently 17 turning 18 in november and im 175cm without frauding 177cm with shoes, my mother is 170cm and my father is 167cm but i have tall uncles on both sides of the family i have been growing a little taller but still no huge growth spurt since im barely consuming any calcium and almost am in a calorie deficit daily. my uncle on my mothers side is well above 190cm and my uncle on my fathers side is around 185cm.
