Hard to rate this image but you look fine. And you are so young should just go to gym and eat and not be too lean as you are growing,

The only hardmaxx to recommend is otoplasty and thats mainly because it can be free and payed to by state. I regretted not getting it here in sweden while it still was free so i payed 2k euros at 19 to get it..

Also if u are trimming your eyebrows like you have now stop it. Let them get thicker

Very interesting face, you’re still very young I think you can ascend a lot if you do it right and fix some features but very good features to say at least, maybe die your hair
